About Us

That Christina Oliver started Oliver Interiors, LLC after a long career in social work should come as no surprise. Her family has a long and distinguished history in design and architecture. Now with almost twenty-five years in interior design, it is the way in which she draws upon both her previous profession and her family legacy that makes her work so unique.

Christina’s interior design practice is one defined by collaboration: with clients to create interiors that reflect their taste and desires; with architects and builders to ensure that the details are addressed; with artisans who add unique style to each project; and with staff whose voices inspire vision and creativity. She has established treasured relationships with a wide array of artisans who are each richly talented, some with furniture, some with glass, others with paint, others with textiles. Add in the personal involvement of her clients, and together they create wonderfully distinctive interior spaces. It is this kind of collaborative partnership that has been the hallmark of Oliver Interiors.

Christina’s commitment to the interior design profession has led her to leadership positions with both IIDA and more recently as President of the New England Chapter of ASID. She currently serves on the board of the Massachusetts Interior Design Coalition, a group working toward professional recognition for interior designers. Recently, she was selected to serve as one of several local National ASID spokespersons. Over the past ten years, she has mentored many interior design students and has served a Thesis Rep at the BAC and on their Interior Design Advisory board.

Oliver Interiors serves the residential, hospitality and commercial markets, working closely with clients and collaborating with architects, contractors, and artisans. The firm’s designs represent a client’s needs and desires, often through innovative uses of space and the talented inclusion of finishing details.
